I <3 UX
Resume!
I love connecting to real humans to find out how they actually use things. I love making things better for the business through serving those humans. I love spending inordinate amounts of time optimizing buttons. I love being able to take tangible actions to make the world easier to navigate.

I GREW UP ON A FARM
I work hard and I don't give up easily. I'm capable and confident in my ability to jump into the deep end and figure out how to swim, but I'm not too proud to ask for help.
I love practicalness and forthrightness. I love any feedback that makes the work better or encourages me to think in new ways!
I'M A MAKER
I love creating, but more than that I love making things better and solving problems in new and interesting ways.

When I create props specifically, I spend a lot of time thinking about how to make them as simple and usable as possible. This skill translates directly to how I relate to digital products.

I'VE BEEN AROUND
I've taught, I've done business operations, I've managed a non-profit. I'm a very fast learner and I know how to work with people to get stuff done.

I've also lived abroad and traveled a lot, so I try to design with global usability and accessibility in mind.
I'm a
kitten herder.
My two old-lady-sister-cats don't need much herding these days, but I mean this in a much less literal sense.

I've taught leagues of small children, managed volunteers, and worked with large teams of adults. I have a gift for re-directing focus and making sure that meetings big and small have actionable outcomes.
